Job summary

Balise Auto in Wilbraham, MA is seeking Certified Automotive Service Technicians to join a family-owned dealership group. You will perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs with accuracy, while driving high customer satisfaction and timely completions in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

The role offers weekly pay, extensive factory training, uniforms and toolboxes, and a path for career advancement.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy to dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain high levels of quality and pride in work.
• Keep work area clean and in accordance with safety and waste disposal standards.
