Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certifications preferred.
• Experience as automotive technician/mechanic and ability to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately following dealership and factory standards.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; road-test vehicles as needed.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and ETA.
