O'Daniel Motor Sales is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance across a variety of vehicles in a Stellantis-authorized dealership environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork within a supportive shop.

Formación

• Stellantis brand experience is preferred.
• Certification from an automotive technical school or equivalent.
• ASE Certification (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts and perform the tasks of a full timeline tech

Background in Chrysler/Dodge/ Jeep/Ram vehicles is a plus but not necessary. As a Stellantis-authorized dealership, we specialize in delivering expert service and repairs to the Stellantis brand vehicles as well as all other makes and models. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues all vehicles, including all aspects of the vehicle from heavy mechanical to preventative maintenance.
• Perform muti point inspections and recommend routine maintenance and repairs for worn, damaged or malfunctioning systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to communicate repairs and service needs to customers.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines for repairs and maintenance.
• Contribute to a clean and organized workspace and maintain a positive team dynamic.
• Continuous manufacturer training and self-improvement.
• Ability to produce effective and timely repairs in an 8-hour workday.
• Utilize the latest technology to communicate directly with customers through video or still photos.

Qualifications:

• Stellantis Brand experience is preferred.
• Certification from an automotive technical school or equivalent experience.
• ASE Certification (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts and perform the tasks of a full timeline tech
