Compensation

• A-Level Technicians: $40-$55/hr flat rate
• B-Level Technicians: $30-$40/hr flat rate
• +$2/hr bonus after 50 billed hours
• +$5/hr bonus after 60 billed hours

Your income is driven by your production.
