Job summary

Kocourek Automotive Group is seeking Kia Automotive Technicians to perform maintenance and repair tasks to Kia standards. You will diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, provide accurate labor estimates, and clearly explain repairs to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Team oriented and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Willing to learn and grow with a top performing team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering and suspension, braking, and A/C to Kia specifications.
• Provide labor and time estimates for repairs.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in non-technical terms to service advisors and customers.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal trainings.
• Inspect and test vehicles and record findings to guide repairs.
