Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking energetic automotive technicians to diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles at our O'Fallon, MO shop. You will work as part of a collaborative team, delivering quality results while upholding our standards of safety, cleanliness, and integrity.

You should have 3+ years of experience, a customer‑focused attitude, and a drive for long‑term career development.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Job Overview:

We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
