Job Overview

This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in May 2025. Interviews will begin in April 2025. We are seeking energetic, positive technicians/mechanics who are passionate about solving tough problems and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills.
  • Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Perform full, honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Work collaboratively to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models.
  • Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Interest in long-term career development.
Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally lift and move over 100 pounds.
  • Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head.
  • Work in tight spaces as needed.
  • Use hand tools with dexterity.
  • Stand and walk for most of the workday.
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Navigate a computer efficiently.
