Job summary

Solutions Auto Group in Duncan, Oklahoma is seeking a B-Level Mechanic to prep vehicles for sale and perform non-diagnostic repairs. You’ll handle brakes, suspension, and aftermarket radio installs, and work with the detail team to finish cars right the first time.

Work is Monday–Friday with 40 hours guaranteed and no weekends. Opportunities to advance from Lube Tech to Mechanic, Technician, and Specialist exist as the shop grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair and reconditioning.
• Ability to perform quality workmanship on non-diagnostic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Recon mechanical work: brakes, suspension, steering, belts, hoses, batteries, starters, alternators, fluids, tune-ups and bearings.
• Aftermarket radio and stereo installs.
• Help the detail team get vehicles sale-ready.
• Flag safety concerns you notice along the way.
• Test-drive and verify every job before calling it done.

Our shop has four levels: Lube Tech, Mechanic, Technician and Specialist.

This opening is for a B-Level Mechanic. You'll get our vehicles front-line ready, done right the first time.

This is not a diagnostic position. Our Specialist handles the diagnosing. You handle the repairs, the reconditioning, and getting cars finished.

What You'll Do

• Recon mechanical work: brakes, suspension, steering, belts, hoses, batteries, starters, alternators, fluids, tune-ups and bearings
• Aftermarket radio and stereo installs
• Help the detail team get vehicles sale-ready
• Flag safety concerns you notice along the way
• Test-drive and verify every job before calling it done
