Job summary

The Detroit Garage in Walled Lake, Michigan is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs. We deliver quality work and outstanding customer service across ten Metro Detroit locations, and we invest in our technicians so you can grow with us.

Earn industry-leading pay with a guaranteed salary and weekly pay, plus a signing bonus up to $5,000 based on ASE certifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Michigan Mechanic Certification; ASE certifications strongly preferred.
• 2–3+ years of automotive maintenance and repair experience
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostics and inspections to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete automotive maintenance and repairs, including brakes, steering and suspension, alignments, tire installation and repair, engine repair, air conditioning, and fluid exchanges.
• Deliver high-quality repairs with a focus on accuracy, safety, and getting the job done right the first time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY

Earn up to $85,500+ with a compensation package that includes a guarantee, plus a signing bonus of up to $5,000 based on ASE certifications and mechanical experience.
