Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic/line tech
• Master L1 Tech, A-level Technician or B-level Tech preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
• Ability to flag a minimum of 40 hours a week
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• A desire for long-term career development

Job Overview

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
