Qualifications

• Section 609 EPA Certification for automotive HVAC (required or must obtain within 6 months.
• Comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models.
• Conduct services such as brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Execute high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately.

About Us

All Tune Complete Auto Repair is a trusted, full-service automotive repair and maintenance shop in Pasadena, MD, proudly serving our community with honesty, quality, and precision for over 35 years.

We’re expanding our team and have openings for experienced A-B-and C Automotive Technicians / Mechanics.

Position Overview

The Automotive Technician / Mechanic performs customer-requested maintenance and repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and strong quality control. You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in safe, reliable condition.

This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement, including pathways to become a Master Technician or move into shop leadership roles with continued training and experience.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models
• Conduct services such as brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and HVAC
• Execute high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately while following company procedures
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Mentor and assist less experienced technicians as needed
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Follow company policies and manufacturer guidelines for all work performed

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5 pm

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Reliable transportation to commute to Pasadena, MD
