- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle systems with diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs per repair order efficiently and per dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
- Repair engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, A/C, and suspension as needed.
- Communicate with Service Advisor about additional work and time estimates.
- Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Empire Automotive Group is seeking a certified Automotive Master or A‑Level Technician with strong dealership experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly qualified professional — and we are offering a generous sign‑on bonus for the right candidate who meets the required ASE certifications and experience.
- Weekly and Yearly production bonus*
- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
- Test-drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed and provides an estimate of time needed for additional. repairs.
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Technician experience at an automotive dealership is a must.
- Master or A-level Mazda experience with ASE
- Master or A-level Tech in competitive manufacturing brands
- Strong understanding of the service drive.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
