The role offers a solid base pay and an uncapped bonus structure, with earned incentives including an extra $10 per hour for every billed hour over 40, and total annual earnings potential of $60,000–$100,000+.

You’ll perform repairs across all vehicle systems, run basic diagnostics, and work with a team that backs your recommendations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
• Valid PA driver’s license and PA inspection license.
• A strong work ethic—integrity, accountability, and reliability.
• A team player who communicates well.
• A willingness to keep learning and sharpening your craft.
