Ideal candidates have three years of automotive repair experience or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' automotive repair experience, or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Demonstrates advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred ASE certifications (A4/A5) or state inspection/MAC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills using modern technology.
• Mentor teammates and continually learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and housekeeping with protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires/wheels and standing, bending, and squatting.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of three years' automotive repair experience—OR three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist—demonstrating advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: ASE A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) Certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification
