Qualifications

• 2+ consecutive years of technician experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
• Experience with engine, electrical, and brake systems.
• Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with efficiency and according to dealership guidelines.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with Service Advisor about needed additional services.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer specifications and warranty where applicable.
