Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician for our Bridgestone Retail Operations network in Pittsburgh. You will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under experienced technicians, with hands-on practice in inspections, maintenance, and customer communication.

The role offers a flat-rate compensation model and opportunities to pursue ASE certifications, with benefits starting day one and a path to growth within a large automotive network.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of basic automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
  • Ability to learn mechanical tasks and read/write basic math.
  • A valid automobile driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
  • Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
