Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. You will participate in inspections, communicate with customers, and contribute to high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

Pay is flat-rate, with eligibility for ASE certifications. A valid driver's license and basic math/reading/writing skills are required, along with a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• MinimumQualifications: ability to learn basic mechanical tasks; valid driver's license at all times; basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A.S.E.) within first two years; tests/fees covered by company; bonus for each test passed.
