Job summary

Williams Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our Service Department. You will perform repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards and diagnose issues using inspections, testing, and customer input.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safe practices, and ongoing training to keep vehicles reliable for customers. A strong work ethic and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Technician experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance to dealer/manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using inspections, testing, and customer information.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform vehicle inspections using smartphones or tablets.
• Capture photos and videos of inspection findings for transparency.
• Communicate with the Service Department about repairs or delays.
• Road test and quality-check repaired vehicles.
• Install parts and optional equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dealership work environment.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
