Job summary

Goodyear’s Just Tires centers are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair brakes, perform maintenance, and install tires. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced automotive service center guided by experienced technicians.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, safety, and teamwork, with a benefits package including medical, 401(k), tuition assistance, and tire discounts. No relocation offered; must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management immediately.
