Job summary

Responsibilities include inspections, executing repairs per guidelines, and maintaining tool inventories and safety practices. A positive attitude toward training and certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Toyota experience preferred (2 years) but not required.
• Certifications appropriate for position (e.g., ASE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles.
• Perform services and repairs as trained and directed by service management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proper repair procedures and communication.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Use tools and manuals; maintain organized workspace.
• Provide accurate explanations on the repair order and time spent on each job.
• Assist with warranty repair orders and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy to customers and staff.
