Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Automotive Technician to join multiple U.S. auto service centers. This full-time role is offered as a flat-rate position with a 75% hour guarantee.

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems, using the latest diagnostics to ensure safety and reliability. Candidates should have at least three years of automotive repair experience or three years in military vehicle maintenance, with strong diagnostic skills and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Three years of automotive repair experience or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with familiarity with new automotive technology.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems such as brakes, suspension, engine performance, and A/C.
• Troubleshoot problems using up-to-date diagnostic equipment.
• Mentor teammates and adapt to evolving automotive technology.
• Maintain safety, service, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
