Job summary

INFINITI of Lubbock is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles, delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

You will use diagnostic equipment, follow manufacturer procedures, document repairs, and collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings. This role includes ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience is preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and vehicle repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle issues.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and drivetrain repairs.
• Document work performed accurately on repair orders.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with service advisors.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
