Harrell’s Auto Family is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems in a clean, well-equipped shop. The role emphasizes growth, competitive pay, and a family-friendly environment, with opportunities to advance into lead technician or foreman roles.

You will work on engine, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivability issues, perform maintenance, and document results for clear customer communication. ASE support is offered to pursue certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.
• Own tools or a solid set in good working order.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude.
• ASE certifications preferred; support provided to earn more.
• Experience with European, diesel, hybrid, or EV vehicles a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, brake, suspension, steering, HVAC, and drivability issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and thorough multi-point inspections.
• Utilize scan tools, scopes, and service information systems to identify root causes.
• Document findings and repairs clearly for seamless customer communication.
• Test drive and quality-check vehicles to ensure repairs are done right.
• Maintain a clean, safe work bay, tools, and equipment.
• Follow shop safety procedures and environmental regulations.
