Job summary

Lexus of Orlando, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks an Hourly Technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance in line with factory and dealership standards. You will contribute to an outstanding customer experience by delivering quality workmanship and clear communication with Service Advisors.

Ideal candidates will have a safe work record, knowledge of automotive systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment with a team-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• One to two years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Previous automotive technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in all tasks.
• Follow dealership processes to ensure accurate estimates and work orders.
