Qualifications

• Experience at an automotive dealership.
• Strong understanding of the service drive.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and adjust tire pressure or replace for optimal performance.
• Refill essential fluids and inspect levels as needed.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections.
• Replace oil drain plugs and install new oil filters.
• Clean and lubricate fittings to manufacturer specifications.
