Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or auto service training preferred.
- ASE/SAE certification preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using diagnostic tools.
- Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
- Conduct in-depth inspections of engines, transmissions, and brakes.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Explain repair information clearly to customers.
