Job summary

The Automotive Technician role at Bridgestone America, Inc. in Middletown, OH involves learning to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians.

You will participate in routine inspections, address systems, and communicate with customers to explain repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship. We offer a flat-rate pay model ranging from $20.13 to $30.25 per hour, plus full benefits and opportunities to earn ASE certifications within the first two

Qualifications

Must have basic automotive maintenance knowledge including oil changes and inspections.
Experience with tire repair and basic electrical checks preferred.
Valid driver's license required and ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
Install batteries and check electrical systems.
Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
Pursue ASE A1–A8 certifications within two years.
