Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is seeking a qualified automotive technician to perform repairs with efficiency and accuracy per dealer and factory standards. The role requires diagnosing faults, completing repairs, and road-testing vehicles to verify quality.

On-site work at our Maryland locations supports professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package. We offer technician incentive programs, a sign-on bonus for Honda Master Technician, and ongoing training including ASE and State Inspection

Qualifications

• + 4 years automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
• Document work performed on repair order.

Skills

Automotive repair experience

ASE certifications preferred

Valid driver's license
