Job summary

BMW Service Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an Hourly Technician to perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will work within a team in a fast-paced shop environment, communicating clearly with Service Advisors and customers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hands-on tool knowledge, and 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers.
