Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred.
• ASE or SAE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using dealership-like computer software and diagnose vehicle systems.
• Help establish service center procedures for tracking repair status and maintaining technical documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance like tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of engine, transmission, brakes and other systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and clear communication of needed repairs.
