Beaman Toyota, a Hudson Automotive Group dealership in Nashville, seeks an Experienced Automotive Technician to join a high-volume service team. Earn up to $35 per flat-rate hour with production bonuses and a sign-on/relocation bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven ability to perform high-quality repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to Toyota and dealership standards.
• Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns.
• Utilize Toyota diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs.
• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs per specifications.
• Communicate findings and recommendations with Service Advisors.

Who We're Looking For

• 3-5+ Years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience
• Toyota Experience Prefered
• ASE Certifications Prefered
• Valid Driver's License

What You'll Do

As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering the quality and efficiency our customers expect.

Responsibilities Include

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to Toyota and dealership standards
• Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• Utilize Toyota diagnostic equipment and special service tools
• Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs
• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain needed components
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work
• Stay current on Toyota technical bulletins, repair procedures, and emerging technologies
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and certification programs
• Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
• Properly care for customer vehicles, dealership equipment, and tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all dealership and applicable workplace safety procedures
