Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience performing complex repairs and diagnostics
• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance strongly preferred
• Manufacturer certifications are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
