Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate in a modern, climate-controlled facility. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles—from engines to steering and suspension—while upholding safety and quality standards and working with a collaborative team.

The role offers growth through ongoing training and exposure to advanced tools. Applicants must have vehicle repair experience and a valid driver’s license; ASE certifications are preferred where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
