Job summary

RFT Craft Workers in Indiana, PA, is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models. The role requires troubleshooting, adherence to technical publications, and accurate paperwork completion.

The position emphasizes participation in factory or in-house training programs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of repair processes, with preference for ASE certification and a valid state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Valid State Inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided
• Keep up to date with all technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations
• Address all original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales
• Participate in any Factory, or in-house sponsored training programs offered to you
• Complete all paperwork completely and correctly, then ensure all required shop forms are attached to the RO hard copy
