Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate to inspect, diagnose and repair vehicles to meet our high safety and quality standards. You’ll work with a team using advanced tools in a climate-controlled facility and gain hands-on experience with domestic and foreign vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Maintain ASE Certifications as listed where required.
