Job summary

R&G Service Center in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. You will work on a wide variety of vehicles, perform diagnostics, brake repairs, engine work, and routine maintenance.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, updated tools, ongoing training, and a team‑focused shop environment. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge.
• Knowledge of electrical systems.
• ADAS and calibration experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ability to repair independently.
• Perform services such as brake repair, engine diagnostics, suspension work, alignments, heating/air conditioning, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate repair records and communicate clearly with service advisors about needed repairs and timelines.
• Work on a wide variety of vehicles, including light‑duty trucks.
• Perform accurate and efficient repairs.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures for repairs.
