Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing vehicles from multiple manufacturers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certifications (preferred).
• Dependable attendance and professional work habits.
• Experience with brands like Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and other major mechanical repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify faulty components and system malfunctions.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
• Replace and repair worn or damaged parts, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Keep detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, other technicians, and customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended services.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
