Qualifications

• Entry-level through Mazda Master Technician experience accepted.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team.
• Willingness to learn new technology and repairs.
• Automotive education or prior repair experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs listed on repair orders.
• Complete oil changes, tire services, inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, brakes, and HVAC.
• Use diagnostic equipment and Mazda special service tools.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance needs.
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs per Mazda requirements.
• Keep work area organized and follow safety procedures.
