Team Car Care in Chehalis, WA is hiring an Automotive Technician to service guest vehicles with a strong focus on brakes, engine performance, and electrical systems. You will work with our tools and software (AllDATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA) to diagnose issues, communicate with guests, and ensure high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center workstation is clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service including replacing all braking components and brake flushes.
• Diagnose and explain issues in braking system to customers and repair as needed.
• Diagnose engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical, heating/AC related issues.
• Use computer systems to generate estimates for parts and labor (AllDATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA).
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.
