AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with Big O Tires and Central Arizona Auto Group to hire an experienced, hands-on B-Level Automotive Technician for its busy Bell Road location in Glendale. This full-time role offers guaranteed hourly pay of $23.00–$25.00 with built-in overtime on a 50-hour week.

Candidates should have a complete set of professional hand tools and be able to perform brakes, suspension, steering, alignments, and routine repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience at a B-Level or equivalent.
• Ability to independently perform brakes, suspension, steering, alignments, and routine mechanical repairs from start to finish.
• Complete set of professional auto hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Mandatory availability to work a 5-day schedule of 10-hour shifts, including rotating Sundays.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for road-testing.
• Team-player with a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality brake, steering, suspension, and advanced wheel alignment repairs.
• Diagnose and repair cooling-system concerns, tune-ups, belts, hoses, and fluid-exchange services.
• Complete thorough scheduled maintenance and digital multipoint inspections.
• Safely diagnose common mechanical and drivability concerns using scan tools and digital shop software.
• Document inspection findings accurately and communicate additional repair needs clearly to service advisors.
• Perform road tests and quality checks, supporting General Service and developing technicians when needed.
