Job summary

Game Kings is seeking an Automotive Technician, B level, to join our repair service center in California. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, using the company’s computer software, with extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

If you have a “never give up” attitude and will problem-solve until finding the best customer solution, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• ASE/SAE certification is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communications skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Assist with service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation.
• Remove and replace components on customers' vehicles in a timely manner.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems including engine, transmission, and brakes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey repair information to customers clearly and concisely.

• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
• Remove and replace components, as needed, on customers vehicles in a timely manner.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
