Audi Charlotte in Matthews, NC is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our busy main shop. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards with a focus on quality workmanship and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE certification and factory training a plus.
• Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs involving engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivability systems.
• Use diagnostic and scan tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns.
• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer and technical training.
