Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our service team in Salisbury, MD. You will learn and perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work under guidance from experienced technicians, including inspections and customer interactions to explain repairs.

We offer flat-rate pay with a performance-based model and opportunities to earn ASE certifications; employment includes benefits such as health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years.
