Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Maryland is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. You will contribute to inspections, repairs, and customer communication in a fast‑paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests and registrations fees paid by company).
