Job summary

Bridgestone Americas’ Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician in Marietta, GA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, performing oil changes, inspections, and tire work under the guidance of seasoned technicians.

The role features flat-rate pay, opportunities to earn based on performance, and a path to ASE certifications. We offer day-one benefits, ongoing training, and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: oil changes, basic inspections, repairing tires.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; tests and fees covered by company; bonus for each test passed.
