A staffing agency is seeking skilled and hard-working Automotive Technicians in Orland Park, Illinois. The ideal candidates will provide a full range of onsite vehicle maintenance and repair services. ASE certifications are a plus, and candidates must have their own tools. Responsibilities include performing vehicle repair, diagnosing malfunctions, road-testing vehicles, and maintaining a clean work area. Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $15.00 to $35.00 is offered depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Clean cut, professional, and takes great pride in work.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform work outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs.
• Keep your shop area neat and clean, and account for tools at all times.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean.
• Road-test vehicles to identify issues and ensure quality of repair.
• Document work performed on the repair order.
