Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to join the service team in the Montgomery County area. You will learn and perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance under guidance from senior technicians, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and customer service as you communicate repair procedures and findings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver\'s license required at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair (oil changes, inspections, tire repairs).
• Reading, writing, and math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts as needed.
• Road test vehicles after service.
• Aim to obtain ASE A1–A8 within two years; company pays tests.
