Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional automotive setting preferred.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and desire to learn the trade.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced technicians.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified technicians with diagnosing and repairing customer and dealership vehicles
• Help disassemble and reassemble vehicle components
• Support technicians in performing comprehensive vehicle inspections
• Record diagnostic findings, safety concerns, and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Properly store and care for tools and equipment
• Complete required training and certifications provided by the dealership
• Follow all dealership and industry safety standards
