Master’s Transportation is hiring Automotive Technicians of all levels to perform inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and upfitting on fleet vehicles in a full-time Ozark, MO facility. The role requires varied tasks across service levels, with emphasis on safety, workmanship, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for entry level.
• 0-2 years of mechanical experience preferred for Technician I.
• 2-5 years of automotive repair experience for Technician II.
• 7+ years of automotive technician experience for advanced levels.
• ASE Certifications, DOT Inspection Certification, MVI License, EPA 609/A/C Certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance services.
• Test vehicle systems and components.
• Record hours worked and document repair findings.
• Ensure repairs meet company, DOT, and safety standards.
