Promotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Columbus, OH. The role offers up to $45 per hour plus a performance bonus with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

You will diagnose drivability and electrical issues, read wiring diagrams, and ensure high-quality repairs with thorough inspections. The ideal candidate has at least 4+ years of automotive repair experience, strong diagnostic skills, and familiarity with engine and electrical systems.

Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Type: Base pay plus production bonus
A Level Technician Pay: $35-$45/hr + bonus
B+ Technician Pay: $25-$35hr + bonus

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Columbus, OH who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and thorough inspections. This position offers up to $45 per hour plus bonus with a Monday-Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. The shop prioritizes doing the job right, solving complex problems methodically, and maintaining a strong team culture over simply chasing hours.

Compensation & Benefits

• A Level Technician Pay: $35-$45/hr + bonus
• B+ Technician Pay: $25-$35hr + bonus
